Where do you ship from?

We partner with trusted global manufacturers and fulfillment centers to deliver high-quality products at fair prices.
Depending on product availability and logistics efficiency, your order may ship from Singapore, Vietnam, China, India, or other Southeast Asian regions.

We work with reliable carriers such as USPS, DHL, YunExpress, 4PX, Canada Post, and others depending on your destination.

When will my order ship?

After placing your order:

  1. You’ll receive an Order Confirmation email with your order number.

  2. Your order enters processing within 3–5 business days (quality check, packing, logistics preparation).

  3. During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 2–4 business days.

  4. Once shipped, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 5–7 business days to appear in the carrier’s system — this is normal for international shipments.

Some orders may ship in multiple packages. If so, you’ll receive separate shipping emails.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times:

  • Rest of the world: 7–30 business days

What is your return and exchange policy?

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund, replacement, or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Size or color exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or color, we offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In original condition with tags attached

Order cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of successful payment.
